These Terms of Service govern purchases from and use of the GOODE + EFFINGOODE online store at www.effingoode.com. The store is operated by John Stanley, a sole proprietor trading as Effingoode, at 1086 Lochwinnoch Rd, Renfrew, Ontario K7V 3Z4, Canada. Products and orders

We describe and display products as accurately as reasonably possible. Please review product descriptions, size charts, colour selections, quantities, and delivery details before placing an order. Screen settings may affect how colours appear. If we discover that an item cannot be supplied or that material order information was incorrect, we will contact you to resolve the issue or cancel and refund the affected item.

Submitting an order starts our order-processing process. The automated order email sent after checkout acknowledges that we received your order. We treat an order as accepted when fulfillment begins. We may need to verify payment or order details before then. We will notify you if we cannot accept or fulfill an order and refund any payment collected for the affected item.

Prices and payment

The price, currency, applicable taxes, and shipping charges presented at checkout form the total payable for your order. Prices may change for future orders, but we will not change the checkout total of an accepted order without your agreement. Payment is processed using the payment methods offered at checkout. For card purchases, payment is normally charged when you place the order, before fulfillment begins.

Fulfillment, shipping, and returns

Some products are made to order by third-party fulfillment partners, while some are dispatched from our own stock. Items may arrive in separate parcels. Our Shipping Policy explains the delivery arrangements and our Returns and Refunds Policy explains how to report an issue or request a return. Those policies form part of these terms to the extent permitted by law.

Store content and use

The text, images, designs, logos, and other content on this site are owned by us or used with permission, unless otherwise stated. You may use the site to browse and place lawful orders. Do not misuse the site, interfere with its operation, or use its content in a way that infringes another party's rights.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled in connection with the store and orders.

Changes and applicable rights

We may update these terms by posting a revised version with a new effective date. The terms applicable to an order are those in effect when that order is placed, subject to applicable law. Nothing in these terms removes or limits rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
