Shipping policy

We currently accept orders for delivery within Canada. The shipping methods and charges available for your order are shown at checkout. Charges can vary by product, delivery address, and fulfillment location.

Made-to-order products

Some GOODE + EFFINGOODE items are made to order. Orders for these items are sent automatically to a fulfillment partner for production. Many items typically take about 2–7 business days to produce and prepare for shipment after submission, depending on the product and partner; some take longer. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed dispatch date. Carrier transit begins after the item ships and is additional to production time.

In-stock products

Our in-stock softballs are fulfilled separately from made-to-order products. They typically ship from our Renfrew, Ontario warehouse within two business days of order placement. This is a dispatch estimate, not a guaranteed delivery date. For the softballs, available tracked Canada Post services and their calculated charges are shown for your delivery address at checkout.

Separate parcels and delivery questions

Items in one order may ship in separate packages and arrive on different days because they are made by different partners or shipped from different locations. Where tracking is available, we will share it after a package ships. Any delivery date shown is an estimate rather than a guarantee.

Please check your delivery address before placing an order. For an address correction, delay, lost parcel, or other shipping question, contact us promptly through our Contact page or at info@effingoode.com with your order number. We will investigate with the relevant partner or carrier. We will try to make an address change before production or dispatch, but cannot guarantee a change once fulfillment has begun.
